There is a large knowledge of the "D.O. Dehesa de Extremadura" all over the world. There are three differnts label colors: The one show it at the left (red) identify hams and and shoulder blades from acorn's iberic porks. Exist other (green) for those from recebo's iberic porks and at last (ocher) for the field's iberic porks.
